广大教师普遍认为,课堂中师生间的交往互动只是为了认知的把握或学习过程中困难和障碍的排除,缺乏对交往互动是学生思维发展、教师教学智慧的共同提升过程的认识;现实中师生的交往互动少有“情感心理”的支撑,缺失生命的色彩…带着这些问题,笔者进行了实践思考,对课堂有效交往互动产生了几点浅薄的体会:一、开放教学问题,使课堂交往互动生产有效的资源;二、恰当智慧点拨,让课堂交往互动不断走向深入;三、融洽情感交流,为课堂交往互动染上生命色彩。
