目的观察肉桂主要成分桂皮醛对NIH3T3细胞增殖的影响。方法采用MTT法观察不同浓度桂皮醛对NIH3T3细胞增殖的影响,并采用流式细胞仪检测桂皮醛对NIH3T3细胞周期的影响。结果桂皮醛作用NIH3T3细胞48 h后,细胞增殖速度较对照组明显增加,增殖率为15%(P<0.01)。流式细胞仪检测结果显示,桂皮醛作用24 h后NIH3T3细胞S期比例上升了3%(P<0.05),G2/M期比例无明显升高,细胞增殖指数(PrI)增加了3.5%(P<0.01)。结论桂皮醛可促进NIH3T3的增殖,这种促增殖作用可能是通过调节细胞周期使更多细胞进入S期而实现的。
Objective To observe the effect of cinnamaldehyde, the main component of cinnamon, on the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells. Methods The effect of different concentrations of cinnamaldehyde on the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells was observed by MTT assay. Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of cinnamic aldehyde on the cell cycle of NIH3T3 cells. Results After being treated with cinnamic aldehyde for 48 h, the proliferation rate of NIH3T3 cells was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the proliferation rate was 15% (P<0.01). Flow cytometry results showed that the proportion of S phase in NIH3T3 cells increased by 3% (P<0.05) after 24 h of cinnamaldehyde treatment, but there was no significant increase in G2/M phase ratio, and the cell proliferation index (PrI) increased by 3.5% ( P<0.01). Conclusion Cinnamon aldehyde can promote the proliferation of NIH3T3, and this promotive effect may be achieved by regulating the cell cycle so that more cells enter the S phase.
