针对矿井提升机监测预警技术的研究现状,以可编程逻辑控制器和无线通信模块为硬件基础,采用GPRS无线通信技术与SOM神经网络信号处理技术相结合的方法,选择MATLAB和组态软件为上位机开发平台,开发出一套集数据采集、处理显示、状态监测、手机短信报警、故障诊断等功能的远程状态监测预警与故障诊断系统。通过现场安装调试,运行结果表明,该技术通过无线通信能够准确显示传感器采集的数据信号,实时反映提升机的运行状况,有效诊断提升机的故障信息并发出短信报警。
According to the research status of monitoring and early warning technology of mine hoist, based on the hardware of programmable logic controller and wireless communication module, the method of combining GPRS wireless communication technology and SOM neural network signal processing technology is adopted, and MATLAB and configuration software are selected as the upper level Machine development platform to develop a set of remote monitoring, early warning and fault diagnosis system for data collection, processing and display, status monitoring, SMS alarm, fault diagnosis and other functions. Through on-site installation and commissioning, the operation results show that the technology can accurately display the data signals collected by the sensor through wireless communication, reflect the operation status of the elevator in real time, effectively diagnose the failure information of the elevator and send a text message alarm.
