目的探讨针刀配合臭氧治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法将111例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组53例,治疗组采用针刀配合臭氧治疗,对照组采用封闭治疗。结果治疗组的痊显率为82.8%,对照组的痊显率为49.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀配合臭氧是一种治疗肱骨外上髁炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle knife and ozone in the treatment of epicondylitis of humerus. Methods One hundred and 111 cases of humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 58) and control group (n = 53). The treatment group was treated with acupotomy with ozone and the control group with closed treatment. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 82.8%, while that of the control group was 49.1%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupotomy with ozone is an effective method for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.
