针对实际振动主动控制中,线谱振动信号与参考信号的频率差异造成自适应前馈式线谱振动主动控制方法的性能下降这一问题,进行了基于参考信号生成的线谱振动主动控制方法的研究.在线谱振动主动控制方法中,结合一种参考信号波形生成器,并通过带通跟踪滤波器对残余振动信号进行滤波,将各个频率的残余振动信号分量进行分离,提出了一种基于参考信号波形生成器的线谱振动主动控制方法,并对该方法的稳定性和收敛性进行了分析.仿真结果表明:带通滤波器提高了该线谱振动主动控制方法的收敛性能.基于双层隔振平台的线谱振动主动控制实验表明该方法能够在参考信号频率与线谱振源信号频率存在偏差时取得良好的振动抑制效果.
In the active vibration control, the difference between the frequency spectrum of the vibration signal of the line spectrum and the reference signal causes the performance of the adaptive feedforward vibration control method to decline. This paper presents an active vibration control method based on reference signal generation In the online active vibration spectrum control method, combining with a reference signal waveform generator, the residual vibration signal is filtered by the band-pass tracking filter to separate the residual vibration signal components of each frequency, and a method based on the reference Signal waveform generator and the stability and convergence of the method are analyzed.The simulation results show that the bandpass filter improves the convergence performance of the active vibration control method.Based on the double layer Vibration control of vibration isolation platform shows that this method can get a good vibration suppression effect when there is a deviation between the reference signal frequency and line spectrum vibration source signal frequency.
