1965年,我省小麦生产奋斗的目标是:要在稳定播种面积的条件下,努力提高单位面积产量,使小麦总产量达到或超过历史上最高年的水平。实现这个奋斗指标,从总的形势来看,不论是人的因素,还是物的因素以及增产潜力,条件都是十分具备的。关键问题,在于我们如何进一步做好工作,继续发扬广大群众的革命干劲,认真抓好以农业“八字宪法”为中心内容的各项增产措施,充分挖掘一切增产潜力,才能把增产的可能性变为现实性。
