本文主要以3Cr2W8钢为主,介绍了保护涂层、膏剂成分、工艺条件等对B-Al共渗层表面质量、共渗层相结构及其性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪、电子探针、金相显微镜等测定了按不同硼铝配比形成的共渗层相结构。并研究了影响共渗层厚度、结构、性能的一些基本因素及机理。结果表明,共渗层的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性、耐蚀性能等与渗硼基本相近。共渗层脆性较小,经硬度法测定确定为0~1级。
In this paper, the main 3Cr2W8 steel, introduced the protective coating, paste composition, process conditions on the B-Al co-diffusion layer surface quality, co-diffusion layer structure and its performance. The phase structure of the common diffusion layer formed by different boron and aluminum ratios was determined by X-ray diffraction, electron probe and metallographic microscope. Some basic factors and mechanisms affecting the thickness, structure and performance of the common diffusion layer were also studied. The results show that the common layer of wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and boronization are basically similar. A total of brittle layer infiltration, determined by the hardness method for the determination of 0 to 1 level.
