本文用腔的等效网络法比较系统地分析了微波固体量子放大器反射式、传输式多腔的性能,其中包括增益带宽乘积以及增益不稳定性等。在分析中计入了顺磁物质导磁率的电抗分量对增益带宽的影响。文中讨论了终端有顺磁物质的反射式耦合腔增益带宽的理论极限。上述结果提供了选取方案的依据。结论中指出,实用小型化的腔式量子放大器,以前腔中无顺磁物质后腔中有顺磁物质的反射式耦合双腔较好。
In this paper, the cavity equivalent network method is used to systematically analyze the performance of the microwave solid-state quantum amplifier’s reflection and transmission multi-cavity, including gain bandwidth product and gain instability. The influence of the reactance component of paramagnetic material permeability on gain bandwidth is taken into account in the analysis. The theoretical limit of the gain bandwidth of the reflective coupling cavity with paramagnetic material is discussed in the paper. The above results provide the basis for selection. In conclusion, it is pointed out that a practical miniaturized cavity-type quantum amplifier is better than a reflective dual-lumen with a paramagnetic substance in the back cavity without paramagnetic substances.
