国有银行作为比较特殊的国有企业,由于历史遗留问题以及国有企业自身的特殊性,使得其人力资源绩效考核制度严重滞后。针对国有商业银行绩效考核存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策,创新并建立合理的绩效考核体系,是国有商业银行可持续发展的必由之路。
As a special state-owned enterprise, state-owned banks have seriously lagged the performance appraisal system of human resources due to the problems left over by history and the particularity of state-owned enterprises themselves. In view of the existing problems in the performance appraisal of the state-owned commercial banks, it is the only way for the state-owned commercial banks to make sustainable development by proposing solutions to the problems, innovating and establishing a reasonable performance appraisal system.
