1982～1992年,我们诊治妊娠合并急腹症63例,占同期住院妊娠妇女的1.53％。现分析如下。 妊娠合并消化系统急腹症共45例。其中合并急性阑尾炎40例。以孕中期最多,孕晚期次之,孕早期最少。孕早期急性阑尾炎的压痛部位与非孕期相同,均在麦氏点。孕中、晚期的压痛部位多数偏高。40例均有腹痛,半数以上有恶心、呕吐及发热。血压正常,白细胞总数升高。由于及时诊治,均未发生孕妇死亡及胎死宫内,仅在阑尾炎术后1
From 1982 to 1992, we diagnosed 63 cases of acute abdomen with pregnancy, accounting for 1.53% of women in hospital during the same period. Analysis is as follows.
