目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃切除术后反流性食管炎及胃炎的疗效。方法泰州市高港人民医院于2009年至2011年对胃切除术后30例反流性食管炎及胃炎患者采用小柴胡汤和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片进行联合治疗,30 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后对治疗效果进行分析。结果临床显效14例,有效6例,好转6例,无效4例,有效率为66.67%。经过6个月的随访,2例患者出现复发,复发率为6.7%。结论小柴胡汤和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合治疗胃切除术后反流性食管炎及胃炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on reflux esophagitis and gastritis after gastrectomy. Methods From 2009 to 2011, 30 patients with reflux esophagitis and gastritis after gastrectomy were treated with combination of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and mosapride citrate dispersible tablets for 30 days, A course of treatment. After a course of treatment to analyze the effect. Results Clinical effective in 14 cases, effective in 6 cases, improved in 6 cases, 4 cases, the effective rate was 66.67%. After 6 months of follow-up, 2 patients relapsed with a recurrence rate of 6.7%. Conclusion Xiao Chai Hu Tang and mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined treatment of reflux esophagitis and gastritis after gastrectomy significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
