党的十七大报告提出,全党同志特别是领导干部要讲党性、重品行、作表率。这是党中央面对新形势提出的新要求,具有很强的现实性、针对性和指导性。讲党性是保证,重品行是基础,作表率是关键,三者辩证统一,相辅相成。这一要求为新时期领导干部作风建设指明了方向。
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that all comrades in the party, especially leading cadres, should stress Party spirit, carry out their work and conduct exemplary work. This is a new request put forward by the Central Party Committee in the face of the new situation and has strong reality, pertinence and direction. It is the key to stressing that party spirit is the foundation for guaranteeing the quality of goods and the duty of honor. The three are dialectically unified and complement each other. This requirement points out the direction for the leading cadres in the new era in their work style building.
