目的分析武鸣县2004-2008年间初治涂阳肺结核病人治疗失败情况,为指导今后的防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2004-2008年武鸣县结核病治疗管理有关资料进行分析。结果 2004-2008年间初治涂阳病人治疗失败率在1.06-4.58%之间,年平均失败率为2.78%;男性初治失败率高于女性。结论自2004年启动结核病控制项目以来,武鸣县扎实开展肺结核病人的治疗督导管理工作,并取得良好效果,初治涂阳病人治疗失败率比较低,应继续加强病人治疗督导管理工作,保持高治愈率。
Objective To analyze the failure of treatment of newly diagnosed smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Wuming County from 2004 to 2008, and provide scientific basis for future prevention and treatment work. Methods The data of tuberculosis treatment and management in Wuming County from 2004 to 2008 were collected for analysis. Results The failure rates of treatment-naïve patients between 2004 and 2008 ranged from 1.06% to 4.58%, with an average annual failure rate of 2.78%. The failure rate of male patients was higher than that of women. Conclusion Since the start of tuberculosis control project in 2004, Wuming County has solidly carried out the supervision and management of tuberculosis patients and achieved good results. The treatment failure rates of patients with smear-positive patients were relatively low, and should continue to strengthen patient supervision and management and keep high Cure rate.
