稻瘟病是我国水稻主产区的第一大病害。Pi-b基因在我国很多稻区都表现出广谱抗病性并得到了应用。然而该基因在黑龙江省的分布及应用未见报道。本研究利用源于Pi-b基因本身的特异性分子标记,结合黑龙江省稻瘟病菌混合接种鉴定及田间自然抗病鉴定,检测和分析了来自黑龙江省农垦科学院水稻所36份水稻品种Pi-b基因的分布情况。结果表明,垦稻06-193、垦稻06-774、垦稻19、垦稻13这4份材料含有Pi-b基因。该结论有助于含有Pi-b基因的品种合理布局及利用,为进一步进行抗病基因聚合育种打下了基础。
Rice blast is the first major disease in rice-producing areas in China. Pi-b gene has shown broad-spectrum disease resistance in many rice areas of our country and has been applied. However, the distribution and application of this gene in Heilongjiang Province have not been reported. In this study, using specific molecular markers derived from Pi-b gene, combined with the identification of the mixed inoculation of Magnaporthe grisea in Heilongjiang Province and the identification of natural disease resistance in the field, 36 rice cultivars Pi-b from rice in Heilongjiang Academy of Reclamation Sciences were detected and analyzed. Gene distribution. The results showed that the four cultivars including Kenyao 06-193, Kenyao 06-774, Kenyou 19 and Kenao 13 contained Pi-b gene. This conclusion is helpful to the rational distribution and utilization of varieties containing Pi-b gene, which laid a foundation for further breeding of disease-resistance genes.
