首先利用小波变换方法,滤除心电信号中各种干扰,包括工频干扰、肌电干扰和基线漂移等.再用基于haar的连续小波变换方法对R波峰值进行特征提取.然后根据医生的临床经验需要,提出了一种交互式提取ST段的方案.最后对心电信号发生器产生的心电信号进行实验,实验结果表明:用连续小波变换方法对R波峰值进行定位准确度可达到99.84%,用交互式方法对ST段特征点的定位比较准确,采用小波变换方法滤波对低频基漂也有较好的滤波效果,能克服信号-噪声频带重叠.
First of all, using wavelet transform method to filter out all kinds of interference in ECG signal, including frequency interference, EMG interference and baseline drift, and then using haar-based continuous wavelet transform feature extraction of R wave peak.And then according to the doctor’s In order to meet the need of clinical experience, an interactive method for extracting ST segment was proposed.Finally, the ECG signal generated by the ECG generator was tested. The experimental results show that the accuracy of positioning R wave peak with continuous wavelet transform can reach 99.84%. By using the interactive method, it is more accurate to locate the feature points of ST segment. The filtering using wavelet transform method also has better filtering effect on low frequency base drift and can overcome the overlap of signal-noise bands.
