为了进一步更好地落实“以中学化学教育教学的实践性研究为定向,坚定不移地坚持为中学化学教育教学服务,为中学化学教师的专业化发展服务”的办刊宗旨,2012年,在陕西师范大学出版总社和中学教学参考杂志社的统一部署下,我部经过近一年时间的反复调研、策划、论证,制定了《中学化学教学参考》转型创新发展规划方案,新方案从2013年开始执行。现发布方案中期刊内容的发展规划、模块和栏目的调整及设置,并就此面向广大读者、作者全面征稿。
