情绪能力是个体对自己和他人情绪进行识别、解释和建设性反应的必要社会技能,对个体积极发展与适应起重要作用,美国的社会情绪学习(SEL)将提升中小学生情绪能力作为重要内容。“第二步”课程是社会情绪学习课程的重要项目之一,通过该课程可以有效减少学生的不良情绪与行为,改善社会适应。本文主要介绍了“第二步”项目的理论基础、课程内容及其在教学中的实际应用,对我国中小学情绪课程设计具有重要的借鉴与启示意义。
Emotional ability is the necessary social skills for individuals to recognize, explain and constructively react to their own emotions and to others. It plays an important role in the positive development and adaptation of individuals. The SEL in the United States, as an important content, will promote the emotional competence of primary and secondary school students. “The second step ” course is one of the important items in the social emotion learning course. Through this course, students’ negative emotions and behaviors can be effectively reduced and the social adaptation can be improved. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis, the content of the course and its practical application in the teaching of “second step”, which is of great significance to the design of emotional curriculum in primary and secondary schools in our country.
