利用阻力模型 ,采用聚砜 /硅橡胶非对称复合膜体系比较了支撑层阻力对氮气、氢气和水蒸气渗透性能的影响 ,发现支撑层阻力的存在大大降低了水蒸气的渗透速率 ,某些情况下支撑层阻力占总阻力的 90 %以上 .同时 ,讨论了支撑层孔隙率、孔径、致密层厚度等膜结构参数对支撑层阻力及膜法脱湿过程的影响 .
The influence of the resistance of the support layer on the permeability of nitrogen, hydrogen and water vapor was compared by using the resistance model and the polysulfone / silicone rubber asymmetric composite membrane system. It was found that the resistance of the support layer greatly reduced the water vapor permeation rate. In some cases The resistance of the lower support layer accounted for more than 90% of the total resistance.At the same time, the influence of the membrane structure parameters such as the support layer porosity, pore size and the thickness of the dense layer on the support layer resistance and the dehumidification process by the membrane method was discussed.
