近年来,学校教师收受学生“红包”的现象越来越普遍,其所产生的危害也越来越明显和严重,社会民众,尤其是学生家长对之十分反感但又感到异常的无奈。教师收受“红包”行为是否应当入罪,尽管我国现行法律(刑法)并未做出规定,但并不表明不应当和不会做出反应。 In recent years, the phenomenon of school teachers accepting students “red envelopes ” has become more and more common.
