人类子宫内膜在雌激素和黄体酮的作用下有规律周期性的改变。调节这种变化的分子过程及细胞过程不清楚。为检测月经周期中子宫内膜黄体酮受体及其mRNA的变化,收集44例健康妇女子宫内膜的标本。每例用诊刮器收集3份样品。前2份分别做mRNA及其翻译的黄体酮受体的分析,第3份HE染色后行病理组织学评估。每例手术同时收集外周血测定血清中内分泌情况。子宫内膜在月经周期中所处的时期通过末次月经时间、月经史、组织学检查以及血清中激素水平确定。标本按月经周期的不同阶段分为增生早期(EP),增生晚期(LP)、分泌
Human endometrium in the role of estrogen and progesterone regularly cyclical changes. The molecular processes and cellular processes that regulate this change are unclear. To detect the endometrial progesterone receptor and its mRNA changes in the menstrual cycle, 44 healthy women were collected endometrial specimens. Each sample was collected using a scraper 3 samples. The first two were analyzed mRNA and its translation of progesterone receptors, the third HE staining histopathological evaluation. Peripheral blood samples were collected at the same time for each case to determine the serum endocrine status. The period of the endometrium in the menstrual cycle is determined by the last menstrual period, menstrual history, histological examination and serum hormone levels. According to different stages of the menstrual cycle, the specimens were divided into early stage of proliferation (EP), late stage of proliferation (LP), secretion
