以往研究表明脯氨酸和某些氨基酸,因环境应力在植物组织中蓄积。本实验调查了葡萄柚叶、果皮、果汁中氨基酸含量的季节性变化,并探讨了低温和水应力使柑桔组织受到何种程度的影响。
Previous studies have shown that proline and certain amino acids accumulate in plant tissues due to environmental stress. This experiment investigated the seasonal changes of amino acid content in grapefruit leaves, pericarps and fruit juices, and explored to what extent the citrus tissues were affected by low temperature and water stress.
