病例 :先证者 ,男 ,30岁 ,表型正常 ,其妻怀孕 5次 ,第 1胎怀孕 1个月时做人流 ,第 2胎做药流 ,第 3～ 5胎怀孕 4 0天～ 80天时自然流产。为此 ,夫妇同来我院就诊。我们分别取夫妻两人外周血进行染色体培养Ｇ显带核型分析 ,先证者核型为 4 6 ,ＸＹ ,ｔ(7;16 ) (7ｐｔｅｒ→ 7ｑ
