目前,非应激试验(NST)已成为监测胎儿最普遍的方法。在NST测试中胎心率自发减速并不常见。其机理了解得很少。因而在NST测试中出现胎心率自发减速时如何处理是产科的难题之一。为弄清NST所出现与宫缩无关的自发性减速,作者近年来,回顾分析了400例高危妊娠孕妇NST的测试并了解自发减速与围产期预后的关系,作为处理的指导。结果发现减速有两种类型:一为重度减速(减速时间>60秒,胎心率低于基线>30bpm);另一为轻度减速(减速时间>10秒,胎心率低于基线>10bpm)。其中13例(3.25%)
Non-stress tests (NSTs) have now become the most common method for monitoring fetuses. Fetal heart rate spontaneous deceleration in the NST test is not common. The mechanism is poorly understood. Therefore, in the NST test fetal heart rate spontaneous deceleration how to deal with obstetric problems. In order to find out the spontaneous deceleration of NST that has nothing to do with contractions, the authors reviewed the NST test of 400 high-risk pregnant women in recent years and reviewed the relationship between spontaneous deceleration and perinatal outcome as guidance for treatment. The results showed that there are two types of deceleration: one for severe deceleration (deceleration time> 60 seconds, fetal heart rate lower than baseline> 30bpm); the other for mild deceleration (deceleration time> 10 seconds, fetal heart rate lower than baseline> 10bpm ).
