目的评价中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的有效性。方法通过检索近15年发表的中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床文献,按照纳入排除标准进行筛选,对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入临床文献9篇,2篇为高质量文献,其余均为低质量文献。Meta分析显示,中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎在止泻时间及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效确切,但尚需更多高质量文献进一步验证。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine navel for the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods The clinical literatures about the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis with Chinese traditional medicine Umbilicus published in recent 15 years were retrieved and screened according to inclusion criteria, and the included literature was analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results A total of 9 clinical literatures were included in this study, 2 of them were high-quality literatures and the rest were low-quality literatures. Meta-analysis showed that the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with Umbilicus is superior to the control group in terms of anti-diarrhea time and total effective rate. Conclusion Chinese medicine Umbilicus treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis is effective, but still need more high-quality literature for further verification.
