前言 改善涡轮增压器各部件的效率是所有增压器设计者要达到的一个重大议计目标。本文所介绍的是径流涡轮无叶蜗壳的一种新的设计方法。虽然这种分析方法简单,但已取得良好的效果。为了强润指出新旧设计方法的差异,本文将概述以往所用的一些设计方法,以及蜗壳的试验结果。根据这些试验结果提出了在理想进气状态下径流涡轮的新的计算公式。试验结果表明,虽然这种新的计算方法基于非常简单的基本原理,但它与原设计方法相比,具有一定的价值。
Preface Improving the efficiency of the turbocharger components is a major goal of any supercharger designer. This article describes a new design method of radial turbine non-leaf volute. Although this method of analysis is simple, it has achieved good results. In order to highlight the differences between old and new design methods, this article will outline some of the design methods used in the past, as well as the volute’s test results. Based on these experimental results, a new formula of radial turbine under ideal inlet condition is proposed. The experimental results show that although this new calculation method is based on a very simple basic principle, it has some value compared with the original design method.
