本实验用DNP诱发Wistar大鼠鼻咽癌,平均发癌率为85%。我们将大鼠鼻咽上皮癌变过程中出现的各种病变分为4级14种组织学类型。根据各类病变在实验不同时期出现的比例和在鼻咽各部位的分布,发现单纯增生和不典型增生、单纯化生与不典型化生等病变与实验性鼻咽癌的发生有密切关系,特别是鳞状上皮化生与鼻咽癌的关系密切。我们观察到癌变过程中一些过渡性或伴随性病变,如内翻型丘状增生、外突型丘状增生、乳头状瘤和“棘层松解”等,在以往的实验性鼻咽癌文献中还未见有描述。
In this experiment, Wistar rat nasopharyngeal carcinoma was induced with DNP, and the average cancer rate was 85%. We classified the various lesions that appeared during the carcinogenesis of rat nasopharyngeal epithelium into four levels of 14 histological types. According to the ratio of various types of lesions occurring at different stages of the experiment and the distribution at various parts of the nasopharyngeal, it was found that simple hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia, simplistic and atypical metaplasia are closely related to the occurrence of experimental nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In particular, squamous metaplasia is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. We observed some transitional or concomitant lesions during carcinogenesis, such as varus proliferative mound hyperplasia, exophytic mound hyperplasia, papilloma, and acantholysis, etc., in previous literature on experimental nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
