席与平生于1932年10月,籍贯浙江省。曾任中国机械工业电脑应用技术开发公司总裁,现任中经国际产业商情数据中心有限责任公司总裁、高级经济师。50年代就读于上海交通大学工业管理系。毕业后在机械工业管理部工作。1960-1961年在清华大学机械系进修机械制造工艺学。1980年开始先后曾在国外计算机硬、软件及网络公司培训共10次,平均每次二个月。50-60年代,主要从事“156项成套工程项目”进口工作,先后负责组织过15个大型企业的工程项目,从选厂址、工厂设计、工艺设计、聘请专家、派遣实习生等,直到生产验收均严格按时、按质完成并投入生产,受到陈毅副总理多次表扬。1976年,为中国首批引进西方先进制造技术,如意大利的透平压
