目的:建立咳特灵胶囊中牡荆素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为迪马TC-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%醋酸溶液(16:84),流速1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长为340nm。结果:牡荆素在0.087～0.866μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6;平均回收率为101.07%,RSD为2.10%。结论:该方法简单、灵敏度南,可用于咳特灵胶囊中牡荆素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of vitexin in Ketuling capsules. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The column was Dima TC-C_(18) column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% acetic acid solution (16:84). The flow rate was 1.0ml·min. ~(-1), column temperature 25°C, detection wavelength 340 nm. Results: Vitexin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.087-0.866 μg, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 101.07%, and the RSD was 2.10%. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive to the south, and can be used for the determination of vitexin in Ketling Capsule.
