企业集团的财务管理是企业集团管理的一种方式,并且财务管理在企业集团管理中处于重要地位。企业集团的特点有经营规模大、人数众多、组织体系庞大等等特征,我国社会主义市场经济主要组织形式就是企业集团,它在我国日益激烈的市场竞争中有不可替代的地位,但是由于我国的社会主义市场经济发展还不完全成熟,企业集团中会经常遇到很多问题,所以加强对企业的财务管理很有必要。本文主要对企业集团战略财务管理理论应用进行简要的分析,希望对于企业长远发展有所帮助。
Financial management of enterprise groups is a way of management of enterprise groups, and financial management plays an important role in the management of enterprise groups. The characteristics of enterprise groups are characterized by large scale of operation, large population and huge organizational system. The main organizational form of China’s socialist market economy is the enterprise group. It has an irreplaceable position in the increasingly fierce market competition in our country. However, The development of the socialist market economy is not yet fully mature. Many problems often occur in the enterprise group, so it is necessary to strengthen the financial management of the enterprise. This article mainly analyzes the application of strategic financial management theory of enterprise group, hoping to help the long-term development of the enterprise.
