本文用RIA的方法对西安地压217例正常人ATI,ATⅡ-醛固酮进行了含量的测定,其结果ATI基础状态均值为0.1610±0.1477,激发状态为0.1988±0.1936。ATⅡ基础状态均值为43.88±23.60,激发状态为55.61±26.93。经统计学处理在男女性别之间无显著性差别(P>0.05)。血浆醛固酮基础状态均值为90.15±19.78,激发状态均值为139.25±47.55。从测定的结果看随着年令的增长醛固酮的分泌量有所下降的趋势。通过男女不同年令217例ATI、ATⅡ和醛固酮基础状态与激发状态测定结果,确定我们实验室正常值范围同时为临床在诊断与治疗预后上提供依据。
The content of ATI and ATⅡ-aldosterone in 217 normal subjects in Xi’an was measured by RIA method. The results showed that the mean ATI basic state was 0.1610 ± 0.1477 and the excited state was 0.1988 ± 0.1936. The mean basal state of ATⅡ was 43.88 ± 23.60 and the excited state was 55.61 ± 26.93. There was no significant difference between men and women in statistics (P> 0.05). The mean plasma aldosterone basal state was 90.15 ± 19.78 and the mean value of the excited state was 139.25 ± 47.55. According to the results of the measurement, the secretion of aldosterone decreased with the increase of the year. Through 217 cases of ATI, ATⅡ and aldosterone basal state and excited state determination results of 217 cases of men and women in different years to determine the normal range of our laboratory at the same time provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of prognosis.
