我们于1987年9月～1988年9月以孟氏溶液用于前列腺窝止血25例,效果满意,现初步报告如下。临床资料与方法本组年龄58～81岁,合并膀胱结石4例,急性尿潴留13例,高血压14例,脑血管意外失语2例,肺结核1例,老年慢性支气管炎1例。手术时间最短60分钟,最长120分钟。切除腺体最小23.5克,最大106.5克。常规耻骨上前列腺切除法切除腺体后,将25％孟氏溶液纱球塞入腺窝,膀胱颈口垫小块
