为了提升城市机动车停车绩效,为城市静态交通与动态交通协调发展提供理论支撑,在对层次分析法的不足进行探讨的基础上,引入模糊矩阵的概念,构建了城市机动车停车绩效综合评价指标体系,运用Delphi法和AHP法以及优化理论建立了机动车停车数学模型,应用模糊综合评价法对其进行绩效综合评价。采用平均加权法对评价因素的各项指标进行量化处理,从而得到机动车停车绩效的综合评价结果。最后,通过对宁波市机动车停车绩效进行实际验证,比较真实地反映其停车绩效状况,证明了该评价方法的可行性及实用性。
In order to improve the parking performance of urban motor vehicles and provide theoretical support for the coordinated development of urban static traffic and dynamic traffic, this paper introduces the concept of fuzzy matrix based on the analysis of the deficiencies of AHP, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index of urban motor vehicle parking performance System, using Delphi method and AHP method and optimization theory to establish a mathematical model of motor vehicle parking, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of its comprehensive performance evaluation. The average weighted method is used to quantify the various indicators of the evaluation factors, and the comprehensive evaluation results of the performance of the motor vehicle parking are obtained. Finally, through the actual verification of the parking performance of motor vehicles in Ningbo, the parking performance is more accurately reflected, which proves the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation method.
