气力输送系统具有高效、节能、无污染等特点,在许多领域中都得到了广泛的应用。根据对工艺流程和用户需求的分析,为某公司的气力输送系统设计了一个基于PLC的控制系统。该系统采用西门子S7-300PLC作为控制核心,控制策略在step7中以梯形图的方式实现;利用组态软件WinCC Flexible 2007在多功能面板MP277上开发系统监控界面。实践证明该控制系统运行稳定可靠,并能把气力输送系统配料误差限制在3‰左右,这大大提高了企业的产品质量,增加了企业的经济效益。该系统具有一定推广价值。
Pneumatic conveying system with high efficiency, energy saving, pollution-free features, in many areas have been widely used. Based on the analysis of process flow and user requirements, a PLC-based control system is designed for a company’s pneumatic conveying system. The system uses Siemens S7-300PLC as the control core, and the control strategy is realized in ladder diagram in step7. The system monitoring interface is developed on the MP277 multi-function panel by using the configuration software WinCC Flexible 2007. Practice has proved that the control system is stable and reliable operation, and pneumatic conveying system ingredients can be limited to about 3 ‰ error, which greatly improves the quality of their products and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. The system has a certain promotional value.
