会计是一门实践性和应用性都很强的学科,用人单位非常重视会计人员的实际工作能力。本文首先对高等职业教育的重要性和会计工作能力训练的研究背景进行综述,然后提出对财会类专业学生进行会计工作能力训练的必要性,并分析建立会计工作标准和操作平台对会计实践教学的优势。接着对高职院校目前财会类专业学生在会计工作能力训练中面临的问题进行分析,提出进一步完善会计工作能力训练的对策,使学生一毕业就具有较强工作能力。
Accounting is a very practical and applied disciplines, employers attach great importance to the actual work ability of accountants. This article first summarizes the importance of higher vocational education and the research background of accounting ability training, then puts forward the necessity of training accounting students in accounting ability, and analyzes the establishment of accounting standards and operating platform for accounting practice teaching Advantage. Then, I analyze the problems facing the current accountants and students in vocational colleges in the training of accounting ability, and put forward the countermeasures to further improve the training of accounting ability so that students can work hard once they graduate.
