我们在评价人才的时候,素有通才和专才之分。但是,高科技却常常萌生于跨学科或边缘的交叉之处;这时再套用通才和专才的二分法显然已无法准确地表明人才培养的指向。于是,就有了现在被各方重视的复合型人才和创造型人才的人才新概念的提出。最近,看到一个材料:中国社会科学院研究生院常务副院长邹东涛教授谈他的人才观,觉得十分通俗、形象。我个人认为邹教授的提法比复合型与创造型的提法更具体、贴切。在这里介绍给读者。
When evaluating talents, we have the distinction between generalists and professionals. However, high-tech often spawns interdisciplinary or marginal intersections; the dichotomy of generalists and professionals at this time is clearly not enough to indicate the direction of talent development. Thus, there is a new concept of talented people who are now regarded by all parties as composite talents and creative talents. Recently, I saw a piece of material: Professor Zou Dongtao, standing vice president of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, talked about his concept of talent and found it very popular and vivid. Personally, I think Professor Zou's formulation is more specific and relevant than the compound and creative formulation. Introduced to the reader here.
