效果评估是现代干部教育管理的一个重要环节,具有导向、控制、纠偏、总结、诊断等基本功能。但在我国干部教育培训领域,还普遍存在评估意识缺乏、评估手段落后、评估结果利用率不高及评估主体不明确等问题。创新我国干部教育效果评估机制,必须完善内外评估机制,构建科学的效果评估标准,完善评估程序,创新评估手段,提高评估结果的利用率。
Effectiveness evaluation is an important part of modern cadre education and management. It has the basic functions of orientation, control, correction, summary and diagnosis. However, in the field of education and training of cadres in our country, problems such as the lack of evaluation awareness, the backward evaluation methods, the low utilization rate of assessment results and the uncertainty of assessment subjects are also common problems. To innovate the evaluation mechanism of cadre education in our country, we must perfect the internal and external evaluation mechanism, construct the scientific evaluation standard, perfect the assessment procedure, innovate the assessment method and improve the utilization rate of the assessment results.
