本文对包头含铌炉渣进行了浮选研究,首次提出的碱式熔合-浸出-离子浮选新工艺可获得较好的铌富集效果。对熔合和浸出产品的测试及反应活化能计算发现,熔合产品的水浸过程受内扩散控制,不同的冷却条件使浸出颗粒表面形成不同结构的固态产物层,在较大程度上影响铌的浸出。红外光谱测试和溶胶聚沉值计算结果表明,十二烷基胺浮选含铌胶粒时为静电物理吸附。
In this paper, the flotation of niobium-bearing slag in Baotou was studied. The new flotation-leaching-ionic flotation process proposed for the first time can obtain better enrichment effect of niobium. The test of fusion and leaching products and the calculation of reaction activation energy found that the flooding process of fusion products was controlled by internal diffusion. Different cooling conditions led to the formation of solid product layers of different structures on the surface of leached particles, which affected the leaching of niobium to a large extent . Infrared spectroscopy and sol coagulation calculation results show that when dodecylamine flotation niobium containing colloidal particles for electrostatic physical adsorption.
