目的研究竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法取清洁级Balb/c小鼠,腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)制备免疫功能低下小鼠模型;摘取脾脏称重并计算脾指数,流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞)比例、B细胞及NK细胞比例的变化;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量。结果竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数,提升体内CD4+、B淋巴细胞及NK细胞比例,提高血清中IL-2、IFN-γ含量。结论竹节参皂苷与竹节参多糖组合物可增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能,且效果优于单独应用竹节参皂苷或竹节参多糖。
Objective To study the regulation of immunosuppression in mice immunosuppressed with polysaccharides of Stemonoside and Scutellariae Radix. Methods Clean-grade Balb / c mice were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide (Cy) to prepare immunocompromised mouse model. Spleen weights were taken and spleen index was calculated. Flow cytometry was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells), the proportion of B cells and NK cells. The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Scutellaria ginseng polysaccharides and Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide composition can increase the spleen index in immunocompromised mice, increase the proportion of CD4 +, B lymphocytes and NK cells in vivo, and increase the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum. Conclusion Scutellaria ginseng polysaccharides and Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide composition can enhance immune function in immunocompromised mice, and the effect is better than that of Scutellaria ginseng polysaccharides alone or polysaccharides.
