某钢厂利用电站产生的废水为水源,经处理后回用为循环冷却水和锅炉补充水。以一体化净水器、多介质过滤器及超滤作为反渗透系统预处理装置,超滤产水作为循环水系统补充水,反渗透+混床产水作为锅炉补充水。运行结果表明,该工艺设计合理,出水各项指标均能满足循环冷却补充水和锅炉补充用水要求,为钢厂节水和减少外排废水开辟了新思路。
A steel mill uses the waste water produced by the power plant as a source of water, which is treated to be recycled cooling water and make-up water for the boiler. The integrated water purifier, multi-media filters and ultrafiltration as reverse osmosis system pretreatment device, ultrafiltration water as a recycle water system to add water, reverse osmosis + mixed bed water as a boiler to supplement water. The operation results show that the design of the process is reasonable and all the indexes of effluent can meet the requirements of recirculating cooling supplementary water and boiler supplementary water, which opens up new ideas for water saving of steel mills and reduction of efflux of effluent.
