目的评价莱姆病防治知识在农村居民中宣传教育的效果。方法采用集中宣传教育和少数面对面宣传教育相结合的教育方法,对450名农村居民进行莱姆病相关知识教育,并将宣传教育前后的问卷调查结果进行比较。结果农村居民在宣传教育前后莱姆病防治知识知晓率差异显著,知晓率和教育前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);知晓率与年龄有关,与农民性别无明显关系。结论对农村居民实施莱姆病防治知识的宣传教育收到显著效果,提高了农村居民对莱姆病防治知识的知晓程度和个人防护能力以及早期就医意识。
Objective To evaluate the effect of knowledge on prevention and treatment of Lyme disease in publicity and education among rural residents. Methods A total of 450 rural residents were educated on Lyme disease by using a combination of centralized publicity and education and a few face-to-face publicity and education programs. The questionnaire survey results before and after the publicity and education were compared. Results There were significant differences in awareness of prevention and treatment of Lyme disease among rural residents before and after education. The awareness rate was significantly different from that before education (P <0.001). The awareness rate was related to age and had no significant relationship with peasant gender. Conclusion The publicity and education on the knowledge of prevention and treatment of Lyme disease among rural residents have received significant results, improving the awareness of rural residents about their knowledge of prevention and treatment of Lyme disease and their personal protection as well as early awareness of medical treatment.
