探讨了影响82.5 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)染色M率的因素.通过试验得出:关闭缓冷器,无风区高度加高为80 mm,风筒高度增大为400 mm,纺丝风压65 Pa,预网络气压0.05 MPa,油剂质量分数19％时,纤维染色M率最高.“,”Factors that affected the dyeing M rate(evenness dyeing indicator) of 82.5 dtex/36 f polyester fiat FDY were analyzed.The results show that when closing the annealing device,height of windless region is 80 mm,height of fan drum is 400 mm,spinning pressure is 65 Pa,pre-interlaced air pressure is 0.05 MPa,oil concentration is 19％,the dyeing M rate of 82.5 dtex/36 f polyester flat FDY can get the highest value.
