研究了铜在CO2 激光辐照下达到热平衡时表面的温度涨落。发现铜在达到热平衡后 ,铜块表面温度出现涨落 ,涨落的最大幅度不随幅照时间而改变。同时 ,这一温度涨落也反映了国产HGL 895型 5kW横流连续CO2 激光器功率稳定性的一些问题 ,对采用反馈电路稳定激光输出功率这一工艺有参考意义。
The temperature fluctuations on the surface of copper when it reached thermal equilibrium under CO2 laser irradiation were studied. Copper found in the heat balance, copper surface temperature fluctuations, fluctuations in the maximum amplitude does not change with the time of the picture. At the same time, this temperature fluctuation also reflects some problems of the power stability of the domestic HGL 895 5kW continuous-flow CO2 laser, which has a reference meaning for the process of stabilizing the laser output power by the feedback circuit.
