随着吉林省转变经济发展方式不断加快和振兴东北老工业基地进程深入推进,一些企业职工面临转岗甚至失业,大批农村剩余劳动力涌进城市,城乡劳动者就业以及稳定就业的需求程度日益增加。要让更多的劳动者实现充分就业,就要提高他们的职业技能,主要途径就是培训。近几年来,吉林省职业培训工作取得了显著成绩,但由于职业培训工作尚处在发展阶段,与新形势的契合发展还有许多问题需要进一步探讨改进。
With the continuous transformation of economic development in Jilin Province and the deepening of the process of rejuvenating the northeast old industrial base, some enterprises are confronted with job transfer or even unemployment and a large number of surplus rural labor force poured into the cities. The demand for urban and rural laborers for employment and stable employment is also on the rise. To allow more workers to achieve full employment, we must improve their vocational skills. The main way is training. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in vocational training in Jilin Province. However, as vocational training is still in its development stage, there are still many problems that need to be further explored and improved in line with the new situation.
