通过调查中国17家主要图书馆的数字资源采购与使用情况、长期保存现状与面临的挑战,以及参与国家保存体系建设的意愿,发现数字资源的采购规模持续增长,但目前大部分被采购数字资源的长期可靠使用缺乏保障,同时发现几乎所有的机构都强烈支持通过国家保存体系整体实施对数字资源的长期保存。基于调查结果,建议尽快实施国家保存体系的建设,并提出建立健全保存机制和保障基础支撑条件是国家保存体系发挥实效和健康发展的关键。
By investigating the purchasing and usage of digital resources in China’s 17 major libraries, the status quo and challenges of long-term preservation and the willingness to participate in the national preservation system, we found that the scale of procurement of digital resources continues to grow. However, most of the current purchases of digital resources Lack of security and long-term reliable use, and found that almost all agencies strongly support the long-term preservation of digital resources through the national depository system as a whole. Based on the survey results, it is suggested that the implementation of the national preservation system should be implemented as soon as possible and that the establishment of a sound preservation mechanism and the guarantee of basic support are the keys to bringing the national preservation system into effective and healthy development.
