目的研究四逆散有效部位对小鼠抑郁模型的抗抑郁作用。方法采用小鼠强迫游泳试验、悬尾试验、利血平拮抗、5羟色胺酸(5-HTP)增强等抑郁模型,观察四逆散有效部位的抗抑郁作用。结果四逆散有效部位大剂量(600 m/kg)显著缩短了小鼠强迫游泳及悬尾不动时间;四逆散有效部位大、小剂量(600、300 mg/kg)可以拮抗利血平降低小鼠体温、引起小鼠眼睑下垂的作用,明显增加5-HTP诱导小鼠的甩头次数。结论四逆散有效部位可以改善小鼠抑郁行为,具有一定的抗抑郁作用,其基本的作用机理与增加突触间单胺类神经递质,特别是5羟色胺(5-HT)的含量有关。
Objective To study the antidepressant effect of Sinisan effective fraction on depression model in mice. Methods Depression models such as forced swimming test, suspension test, reserpine antagonism and 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) enhancement model were used to observe the antidepressant effect of Sini Powder. Results The high dose (600 m/kg) of Sinisan effective dose significantly reduced the time of forced swimming and tail suspension; the large and small doses of Sinisan (600 and 300 mg/kg) could antagonize reserpine. Lowering the body temperature of mice and causing the eyelid to droop in mice significantly increased the number of heads shaken by 5-HTP in mice. Conclusion Sinisan can improve the depression behavior of mice and has certain antidepressant effect. Its basic mechanism is related to the increase of synaptic monoamine neurotransmitters, especially the content of serotonin (5-HT).
