目前异步电动机的耗电量约占苏联全国总发电量的40%。为了起动或调节转速的方便,一部分电动机是绕线型转子并附有相应的电刷装置。刷握与电刷的组合件是其中极重要的部分。在交流电机中,它是保证电流无火花地由电刷经过滑动接触传送到滑环的复杂电气机械装置。世界电机制造工业采用过的刷握结构形式有70余种,压紧机构中应用过压缩、拉伸、扭转式圆柱体螺旋弹簧以及平面螺线弹簧(如图1a、b)。但是所有这些压紧机构的压力都不是恒定的,而大多数杠杆系统压力的方向也是变化的。
Current asynchronous motor power consumption accounts for about 40% of the Soviet Union’s total generating capacity. In order to start or adjust the speed of the convenience, part of the motor is a wound rotor with a corresponding brush device. Brush grip and brush assembly is one of the most important part. In AC motors, it is a complex electro-mechanical device that ensures that current flows smoothly from brush to slip ring. More than 70 kinds of brush holder structures have been adopted in the world’s motor manufacturing industry. Over-compression, drawing, torsion cylindrical helical springs and planar helical springs are used in the compacting mechanism (Fig. 1a, b). However, the pressure on all of these compression mechanisms is not constant, and most of the pressure on the lever system changes direction.
