患者,女,49岁,因转移性右下腹疼痛2 d入院。既往有肝血管瘤、右肾囊肿病史多年。体格检查:体温39.2℃,脉搏92次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压140/90mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)。呈急性痛苦面容,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,心肺检查无异常。腹平坦,未见肠型及蠕动波,全腹压痛、反跳痛(+),以右下腹为著,未触及明显包块,肠鸣音正常,结肠充气试验(+),腰大肌试验(+)。血常规:WBC 14.7×109/L,N 0.74,L
Patient, female, 49 years old, admitted to hospital with metastatic right lower quadrant pain for 2 days. Previous hemangioma, right renal cyst history for many years. Physical examination: body temperature 39.2 ℃, pulse 92 beats / min, breathing 20 beats / min, blood pressure 140/90 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa). An acute painful face, the body superficial lymph nodes did not touch swollen, no abnormal heart and lung examination.
