纵览天下小吃,美食数不胜数,火锅,狗不理包子,烧烤……其中,糖葫芦是我百吃不厌的,令我回味无穷。我曾经在北京亲眼看见糖葫芦的制作过程。小贩的一只手中拿着一串用山楂球穿成的还未裹上冰糖的糖葫芦,另一只手上拿着平底锅,里面盛着冰糖和红糖混合起来的白中泛黄的糖浆。小贩拿着平底锅的手突然斜了一下,锅中的糖浆就倒了出来,变成大约5毫米厚的薄片,平平整整地铺在铁板上。过了大约十秒钟,小贩把穿起来的糖葫芦轻轻放在糖浆上,然后飞快地转动,糖浆被一丝一丝地裹在糖葫芦上,裹得天衣无缝,毫无破绽。裹到最后一颗时,小贩突然一提手,一丝糖浆就如同一条飘舞
