党的十八大强调,“创新基层党建工作,夯实党执政的组织基础”。2013年,丰台区突出五大重点,求真务实,锐意创新,体现特色,不断提高基层党建工作科学化水平。突出理想信念教育,焕发活力之源。党员是党的肌体的细胞和党的活动的主体,是基层党组织的力量之源。要把增强党性观念作为第一任务,改进党员教育的手段、方式,激发党员、干部的荣誉感和责任感,永葆先进性、纯洁性。一是创新教育手段。大力推进党员教育上电视、上手机、上互联网,抓住重要会议、重大活动、重要节点等时机,有针对性地开展宣传教育,使教育贴近需求、贴近实际,提高党员教育针对性。二是加强教育阵地建设。在抗日战争雕塑园、丰台科技园区、王佐镇南宫村,建设入党宣誓和主题党日活动的场所,开发现场教学素材,打造党员教育的“红色课堂”。三是丰富基层党课内 The 18th CPC National Congress stressed: “Innovate the grassroots party building work and consolidate the organizational foundation of the party in power”.
