在蒸汽喷射系统中的蒸汽喷射泵,其作用是代替一般机械循环系统中的水加热器和电动循环泵,在推动供热系统中的水循环的同时将水加热。然而,由于操作人员对喷射泵的使用条件没有掌握或不大熟悉,致使使用中出现了种种问题,大大影响了喷射泵的使用效果,甚至导致了对喷射泵本身的否定,使这一节能产品的应用日益衰退。其实,蒸汽喷射泵在使用时有一个基本要求,那就是必须使蒸汽喷射泵的设计工况与供热系统的设计工况相适应,这就是应注意如下三个问题。
